I have taken beginning Egyptian Colloquial Arabic courses in Cairo, Egypt, and I am now looking to advance in my Arabic because I will be returning to Egypt for a year. I would like to improve in a number of areas, with a particular focus on an improvement in conversationa l skills. If possible I am looking for a teacher who would be willing to provide a one or two hour lesson per week, sometime after 3:30 pm.

I am looking for an Arabic teacher in Edmonton. I will be travelling abroad to Egypt in April and I would like to learn some conversationa l Arabic. I enjoy languages and am excited about learning to speak the language. I will be there for 3 weeks and think that learning the language and culture is important both for myself and anyone I might speak with.
I have tried arabic books, but find it rather difficult to follow. Speaking with someone is easier to learn for me.
