I am learning Danish to engage in social life in Denmark, meet more people and because I believe it would expand my opportunities for working and doing business here. I have taken some private and school classes before, therefore I would evaluate my level as an advanced beginner, because I know some basics, which to my mind would be equal to module 1 taught in language schools. I think I should improve all areas of danish language, especially conversation skills. I would like to dedicate around 2-3 hours a week for language classes and also would like to get a lot of homework, at least for 5 more hours a week. I would prefer a teacher who knows a lot about danish culture and could tell more than only grammar, be positive, patient and easy going.
I am a quick learner and I like to work on things from the beginning systematicall y, step by step.

I'm from Finland and have lived in Denmark for two years. I've been studying Danish from the beginning, but I changed cities after a few months, and had to take an assessment test before entering my new language school. As a result I ended up going directly from Danish module 1 to module 4. I think, that I've missed out on lot of the basics, because of that. I took Prøve i Dansk 3 in the beginning of June this year with an average grade of 6.3 (læseforståel se 10, skriftlig fremstilling 7, mundtlig kommunikation 4).
I'm mainly interested in some conversationa l lessons, as well as reading together, so I can practice my pronunciation .
I would like to meet up once a week.
