I'm eager to learn cantonese, as I am going to Hong Kong in September to study my masters and would like to start to learn the language.
Please be aware that I am a complete beginner, so i'm looking for a teacher that can teach a beginner.

I'm a 28 year old Englishman living in Tokyo. I've been learning Cantonese by myself for about one month, so I am only a beginner. But I am a serious student. Currently I am using the Sidney Lau Text books and FSI Beginners' Cantonese Course as well as a couple of other books.
I have low intermediate (bit rusty) Mandarin skills, and can read and write 1000-1500 Hanzi. Plus knowledge of a similar number of Japanese Kanji.
I am studying purely out of interest in the language. And ideally I would be looking to study 2 or 3 times a week with a teacher, plus my own study and homework in between times. My main goal in the lesson would be to practise the grammar and vocabulary I've been studying at home as much as possible, and have correction and feedback from the teacher.
