I want to learn Arabic for religious reasons, as well as being interested in working in translation when I return to the UK. I want help particularly in conversation, speaking and reading, as I have problems pronoucing some of the letters and confuse words when I speak. I would like to have time every day, about 1 hour. I hope to be able to improve my speaking quickly and that the lessons will continually help me to learn to expand my vocabulary and ability.

I am in the middle of my 1st year of my arabic degree at SOAS university in london. I spend more time on reading and writing arabic but need to gain more experience with conversationa l arabic for my exams in May. Therefore i need to improve on some aspects of grammar and learn basic conversationa l arabic. i would like to spend 4hours each day on my arabic - some of the time individually and perhaps some in a small group. i would come for approximately 10 days from around 10th april 2009. I would like a teacher who is flexible to my accademic needs.

I have had an elementary course in Arabic in Switzerland. I am able to read and write the Arabic letters and I know some words, but I am not able to make many sentences.
I am going to travel through the Middle East on my motorcycle and would like to learn some Arabic to find my way through this part of the world and to get in touch with people.
I am looking for a teacher for four weeks starting 8th November 2008. After a break of two weeks, I may continue with another 4 weeks starting 20th December.

I have only had a elementary course in Arabic. I would like to learn more of it because I am going travel through the Middle East on my motorcycle. The goal will be to handle the most common issues a tourist has and to make simple conversations . I am looking for a teacher in Aleppo or Damascus for four weeks from 8th November 2008.
