I'm half Hunagrian but never learned the language at home. I tried to learn it myself but found it too difficult, so I'm looking for a private tutor. The main part I would like to improve is conversation but as I have little knowledge of the language, I need vocabulary & basic grammar as well.

Dear sir/madam,
I am interested in learning mandarin as I am hopefully going to go to china around october, hopefully to teach english. As such I currently have very little knowledge of the language -even the basics such as hello!!- so would be interested in learning intensively as much as I can both spoken written and grammatically . Time wise I am open to suggestions on how much you want to teach and am flexible on hours etc. The lessons would be commencing from the date when I finish my final exam, so may 10th.

I have been studying italian for 3 years and have sufficient grammar skills but lack speaking skills. I have plans to study in italy in september for a year and really want to get my language and speaking skills to a good level. i would look to attend classes 2-3 times a week during this summer.

I would say I am a lower intermediate Japanese speaker. I have spent 2 in Japan, picked up some of the langauage and would like to keep on speaking it. I would like to practice conversation and would like to spend about 2 hours a week learning. Thanks.

My name is Kirsty and I living and working in Glasgow. I recently graduated from Glasgow University with a 2.1 honours in Nursing Studies. I am currently employed at the Southern General. Since completing my studies I have been looking to explore new interests in my new found free time!
I studied French to Standard Grade level. Unfortunately , I have no knowledge of Italian.
I would like to be conversationa l in the language and then, perhaps, take things from there. One to two hours per week would be that most that I could afford to study.
Qualities that I would hope to find in a language tutor would be the ability to discipline my learning as well as making lessons enjoyable. Honesty with regards to progress would be much appreciated. Passion felt for the language by the tutor would hopefully serve to further motivate the student.
