I have no experience in Spanish, (complete beginner), but have spent 6 years learning Japanese, so I am familiar with learning language methods. I would like to learn Spanish as I would eventually like to work for the UN, so grammar and conversation aspects of Spanish are important. I am a beginner. I want to learn this language because my mothers native tongue is derived from spanish (tagalog). I intend to travel to spain and also just for the fun of learning another langauge. I have studied japanese on a tee level but unfortunately fell out of habit after highscool, someday i'd like to pick that up again but for now my interests are in Spanish.
