I am a beginner. I have been based in Sofia for 6 months and will be here for another 12 months or more. I wish to learn conversationa l Bulgarian but with enough underpinning grammar to progress beyond transactional conversations in hotels/cafes etc. I have yet to fully master the cyrhillic alphabet but know some letters. I'm eager to learn Bulgarian as a result of the decision of settling myself permantently in Sofia. I have the knowledge of the alphabet, but little more. I want to follow a plan, until the Sep 14th, that will give me a decent conversationa l skillset, if possible. Until that date, I have extensive availability, as I am on vacations.
