I come from a Pakistani household where urdu is spoken rarely. I do have a general understanding of the language and can mostly understand, however when it comes to speaking there are many areas I need to improve. I would just like to learn the basics and be able to have conversations with others in Urdu. I would say I am a little more advanced than a beginner. In terms of qualities in a teacher, I would just like someone who can help me work on my accent and vocabulary and pronounciatio n.
