I am looking for a Korean tutor to teach me the basics. I am moving to Korea in February 2007 to teach and would like to learn as much as I can before I go. My Korean is very basic. I taught English for a year in Seoul, so most of my Korean is teaching English like sit down, don't do that, etc. I would like to keep my skills sharp and also expand my knowledge into conversationa l Korean. I would dedicate an hour a day to my lesssons. Qualities in my teacher would have to be an excellent Korean speaker, preferably female.

Hi,
I've spent the past year teaching English here in South Korea. I've learned quite a bit, but still feel like a beginner. My contract ends on November 30 and I expect to be back in the Ottawa area in December.
In two or three years I plan to return to Korea and would like to be reasonably proficient at the language beforehand.
