Hi all, I'm learning a few languages for fun and for prospective travel. I've progressed so much in Spanish I'm actually able to watch some Spanish video clips with native speakers speaking in their natural speed and I can understand what they're saying. Right now I want to focus on Hebrew.
I'm a beginner but I can read (slowly) and write (slowly) both print and script versions of each of the Hebrew aleph beit.
I want to learn to converse and I understand I need vocab for that which I can study on my own.
I can dedicate about an hour or a day for my language lessons but I think 1-2 hours per week with the tutor is good enough if I'm also studying on my own.
At best I'm looking for a teacher who can speak natively. But someone who can teach me how to converse is good enough.

I would like to learn Hebrew because of my interest in Judaism as well as my desire to be able to converse with my friends and future family members who speak Hebrew as their native dialect. I am a beginner as I barely know any Hebrew and I'd like to begin learning it from the very first level.
