I am looking to learn this language not only as a career advancement of some sort but also as a general knowledge of my own background. I am a beginner at the language, i do not know how to speak the desired lanuage however, in all areas of learning this language interest's me greatly. My names Molly, obviously :) I'm twenty three and have always envisaged myself knowing a couple of language. I want to learn Spanish to travel with; I'm hoping to volunteer teaching English in South America. My desire to learn Gaelic is purely personal. I have absolutely no experience in the language so I am truly a beginner. Being a full time working parent, I would like to spend maybe 1-2 hours per week on lessons. I think that main qualities that a teacher would need to have is a passion for the language, someone who can make the lesson fun and above all be extremely patient.
