I am probably a high beginner to intermediate French speakers. I want to take the French as a Second Language Additional Qualification Part 1 course (a course that allows teachers to teach French as a Second Language). In order to take this course I have to take a qualifying exam. I am looking for a teacher who can help me prepare for this exam.
I need to improve in listening and speaking.
I would like to meet with a tutor twice a week for about an hour each time.
I would like a friendly, considerate teacher who is willing to work hard during the lessons.

I have very little french history, only what I was taught in Elementary and Highschool. But I did not care about it then. I took French to grade ten, but that was four years ago and it has seriously deteriorated. I am however interested in French for graduate school (i.e. second language requirement) and want to improve my conversationa l French especially. This summer I would want to dedicate two hours, twice weekly, plus reading material and study work for me to do on my own time. Great teacher wanted!
