i only know the word for beauty in gaelic, so i'm most deffinately a beginner. i've always been interested in learning gaelic because i've always had an interest in the irish culture. i'm willing to spend as much time as it takes to learn the language. in a teacher, i'm lookiing for some one who will be patient with me, some one who will challenge me, and some one who is amicable.

I am a probationary psychologist and currently work as a counsellor. I would like to learn Irish Gaelic for personal reasons. I am a complete beginner (have not had any lessons) but am used to studying and am prepared to spend time working on the language. I would ideally like to find a teacher whose first language is Irish Gaelic.

I am a beginer at the German language. I've always wanted to learn German becuase i want to go to college in Germany. Another reason is i might get accepted on a student exchange to Germany so i would like to better my skills. I would like to take lessons one or two times a week every week. I am hoping that i will be able to become fluent or close to buy the end of the summer. I would also like to learn Russian after learning German

I've never spoken Gaelic, or know anyone who could speak it, except for my grandfather who passed about 12 years ago. I would like to reach back to my roots as an Irish. I feel so disconnected from where my ancestors orginated. I would like to learn how to speak Gaelic in converstion form. I would like to go to Ireland and have a normal conversation with someone local who speaks the same. I would like to dedicate as much time as possible. I work through out the week as an Air Force recruiter. Either a couple times a week after work, or on weekends. The qualities I'm looking for in teacher, is number one patience. Someone who is able to work with me on a one on one basis.
