A couple of years ago, I was teaching myself Japanese through workbooks, rosetta stone, and popular culture. Through taking Spanish in the eighth grade, and then moving to Germany (thus switching my language priorities) I pretty much forgot all of it.
I have this summer, plus possible time during the school year, to catch myself up enough that I can continue on my own, while continuing to learn German.
I' m pretty quick with language, and would like to eventually work as a translator of some sort.
