I have no previous knowledge of Hebrew. However, I will be moving to Miami Beach, FL in the next few months and will be working closely with people of the Jewish faith. I figured it would be helpful and respectful to learn as to not be offensive and ignorant. Can I learn Hebrew without being Jewish? I am Catholic and do not want to convert. I merely want to learn Hebrew and maybe some Yiddish as well. I currently live in Chicago, so please respond only from that area. Thank you so much!
