I am a beginner. I have nearly no knowledge of the Hebrew language. I am wanting to go back to school for religious studies. I understand that most of the oldest biblical texts are in Hebrew. I am very interested in learning Hebrew and am willing to dedicate ten to fifteen hours per week. I am a quick learner and retain information well, however I seem to have difficulties with foreign languages. Though I have never seriously dedicated time to studying a foreign language. I am in my mid 40's so I am looking for a teacher who is patient and mature. I am in the legal profession and will be attending a university to major in religious studies in 12 - 18 months. I am at a beginner level. I recognize most of the alphabet and I also know numbers. I would guess I am the equivalent of a Kindegarten student. I have been using Rosetta Stone online. But, I would like to work with someone in person. I would like to have at least one in person lesson per week and would like at home work as well.
I am learning Hebrew because I am marrying an Israeli and would like our children to learn the language and speak it in the home. I am Jewish, but I have not had formal Hebrew classes other than the basic prayers.

I would need beginning Hebrew. I am interested in Hebrew to enhance my Biblical knowledge, as well as, for speaking the language in Israel. It is my dream to travel to Israel and work next summer. I am told English/Hebre w speaking candidates are a plus. I would take this very seriously and am willing to dedicate as much time as needed.

My proficiency level is beginner in all languages. These three languages are useful for career advancement in my major of Holocaust and Genocide Studies. I need improvement in all aspects of the learning process. I would like to dedicate weekends to my study with homework during the week to test my improvement. The qualities I am searching for are preferrably for native speakers, however, if not available, a superior record in tutoring. A considerate fee amount is also acceptable. I also know Polish, which help me improve faster in the Croatian and Serbo-Croatio n languages.
