* Moved to hunary in july 2018 and seems like staying permanently.. therfore i should propably learn the local language now :P
* I speak very little hungarian and dont understand much either. so beginner.
* I need improvement in every area.
* I dont know how much time its required to learn basics.. but i was thinking 2-4 lessons a week.. upto 1-3 months. as long as i learn basics and i can communicate in everyday life.
* I appreciate teachers who bring in the A-game with using similes that are easier to understand..c an identify with the student.

I am of Hungarian origin yet sadly I never learned the language, even though it was spoken frequently at home. I would love to learn Hungarian, as it is one of the most intricate and beautiful languages in the world.
I would consider myself a beginner, however I understand a majority of what is being said, I am just not good at the speaking part of things.
I would dedicate a few hours each fortnight (on weekends or Friday nights, due to school commitments) to improving my language skills.
I would like a teacher who really understand what they are doing, and is patient.

Hello!
I taught English as a foreign language in Hungary for two years, and I continued to study the language for two more years at UNC Chapel Hill under Peter Sherwood. I would like to keep up my Hungarian skills, because I try to get back there every few years. One day I hope to buy a flat there as well :).
I want a refresher of vocabulary and grammar. I haven't formally studied it for a few years now, so I would like to brush up. I would also like to build up my conversation and speaking skills.
