I speak English, Spanish, HIndi, and Maithili (N. Bihari language) but I'm very interested in learning conversationa l Marathi as my fiance is a native Marathi speaker and I would like to communicate with my inlaws better.
I would like to spend a few weeks in an intense language learning program, and work on my Marathi on a less regular, perhaps biweekly level. I'm not concerned about learning reading and writing skills, but would like to master basic conversationa l Marathi.
I would like both private lessons as well as small-group discussions with other students and native Marathi speakers. I would like a teacher that is positive, flexible, and fluent in either English or Hindi as well.
