Hello. Thank you for taking the time to consider taking me on as a student.
I am interested in recapturing and advancing my Spanish language skills for two reason; one, I have always loved the language and tow, because I find myself going through a kind of career change where it could be advantageous to my career.
At the moment, given the length of time since I studied and used the language I would be say my proficiency level is between beginner and intermediate. I would say I need improvment across the board; vocabulary, conversation, grammar etc. I would like to start with one lesson per week with independent work and see if that is enough.
The qualities I would like to see in this pursuit would really be dictated by results. I respect that people have many different styles for teaching and sharing knowledge. I consider myself to be a flexible, adaptable person and would hope to find an instructor who would work with me in a similar manner - where to goal for both of us is to expand and improve my ability to functionally use the Spanish language; written and spoken.
