My proficiency level is zero. I have never studied Croatian. I can say, 'hello. how are you' and not much more. I majored in Spanish in college and have always had a desire to learn a third language - i picked Croatian in attempts to communicate to my boyfriend's family. I wish to dedicate at least an hour a week to lessons in addtion to my personal practice and study. The most important qualities for a teacher are proficiency in grammer, patience, and someone who teaches about culture as well.

I will be in Manzanillio for 3 days (Feb 28 - March 2) and would like to work with a tutor for several hours a day. I could probably be described as an advanced beginner - read better than able to listen or talk. I'm an intermediate Hindi speaker looking to improve my speaking and writing abilities. I need some help with my grammar and my speed. I'd like to spend about 2 hours per week on lessons, and perhaps an additional 2 hours on homework etc. My teacher should be fluent in written and spoken forms of both Hindi and English.
