I would like to learn Dutch as my grandfather was Dutch, but my whole family does not speak it. I have a Dutch surname but do not know the language at all.
I would like regular lessons, preferably 1.5 to 2 hours a week, and as I am starting from scratch and want to achieve some level of credibility as a Dutch speaker, it would be good if there was some sort of qualification or exam I could work towards.
