I work in a company which has regular business with the Netherlands, as a result I need to use the language often and I regularly travel to the Netherlands and I might live there for business reasons. For this in breif why I need the language.

I am a med. student in Egypt. I want to learn German because I will spend the a month in Austria training and I would like to have basic knowledge of German. Later on I would like to expand my knowledge of German to learn Medical terminology as well.
I am a beginner so I don't know anything in German except the curse words that my German friends taught me so that's not very nice.
I would like to learn from someone who's fluent in German with patience and preferably someone who's had the opportunity to practice their German abroad.
