I am a 23 year old female, who is wanting to learn hebrew. The main reaosn is because I will be moving to Israel with my boyfriend in September 2005, and would love to be able to learn the language before then. I am already able to read and write basic Hebrew (which I learnt asr school), although I am not able to understand what it is I am reading.
I am curious as to how long (how many classes) would the average person need in order to learn how to have conversations in Hebrew? Would it be more benificial for me to take a short course?
If you could get back to me as soon as possible it would be greatly appreciated.
