Dear Senor, o Senora,
I am interested in learning Spanish because I travel a lot and would like to frequent Spanish speaking countries. I have a 1 year around the world trip planned for myself and my four year old daughter, starting this September. I wish to spend 1-2 months in Cuba in September/Oct ober. And following that I will be spending some time in Mexico, Costa Rica and possibly some other Central American countries if learning there was available. I would also like to spend some time in Spain learning, possibly next June or so.
I have taken the first Spanish College class, 2 years ago but have not had any other experience. So I would consider myself a beginner but with some experience. My goal is for my daughter and myself to become fluent in Spanish. I grew up bilingual, speaking Dutch as well.
I am willing to spend 2-4 hours a day learning for 3-6 weeks or longer.
I'm looking for a teacher who can make this a fun experience as well as learning a lot.
I am very serious about learning Spanish and look forward to some replies from any teachers residing in the countries mentioned above.
