Proficiency level - beginner and i want to learn spanish because i am interested to learn another foreign language. I want to learn on how to communicate / converse in Spanish. I can spend about 3 hours weekly to learn the language and on weekends only as I am currently working.

Hello,
I am a 27-year old female. Oroginally from Japan and at the moment living in Singapore.
I studied Spanish at university for 4 years but am losing it as there haven't been many chances to use it in daily life.
I am looking for a Spanish native speaker with whom I can chat so that I can refresh my memory and 'stay in touch' with the language. My reading/writi ng skill is still ok but I need to work on my speaking/hear ing area.
