Well, I have been interested to learn the Spanish language for quite a long while and it's difficult to get a tutor who teaches line in person in Ampang, or close to the proximity of Ampang.
I will start fresh, hence at beginers level and have been wanting to learn the language for personal knowledge and maybe for future use, as I intend to travel to South America.
I am able to learn over weekends and may allocate around 2 to 3 hours per weekend.
Q ualities of a teacher, someone who has a place that I could attend classes in and hopefully, close to Ampang, as I am rather new to Kuala Lumpur and not very familiar with the areas as yet.

I have recently completed Translation studies at University of Ottawa. I am completely bilingual, English and French. I began learning French when I was seven years old. I took one of first-year Spanish courses at UofO, but did not continue as I had course requirements that demanded my attention. Therefore, I am a beginner. I would like to continue learning Spanish to increase my value on the translation market, both in Canada and abroad. I have lived in Europe before and I am interested in returning there. Thus, I would like to acquire good skills in several (European) languages.
Because I work as translator full time (8:30-4:30) and I will be completing my final univeristy course through the fall and winter semesters one night a week, I would like to dedicate a maximum of four hours a week to language lessons.
I am looking for a teacher is patient and open to different ways of learning. I am also looking for someone who is relatively flexible and easy-going. I am not starting from square one, but pretty close to it. Thus, I would like to begin with a review of what I know and improve my basic Spanish grammar skills and go from there. My goal is to be able to speak and write in Spanish fluently and idiomatically .
