Hello, I am interested in learning Tswana beyond the level of 'Dumela', 'O kae', etc. I have many Batswana friends and I could actually imagine myself going to Botswana, even for a longer period (if it is possible). I believe the key to a culture is its language.
I am a student of foreign languages (English and Norwegian - my mother tongue is German and I also have a basic knowledge of French) and Tswana is the next one 'on my list'. I have no proficiency yet, but I would love to be able to communicate in everyday situations.
The time I can dedicate would amount to between 1 and maybe 4 hours per week, preferably in the evening hours, as I am a full-time student and part-time working.
My teacher should be demanding, as I really want to learn a lot, but as long as he or she is willing to take up such a task, I would be grateful for any kind of help.
