I am just a beginner of French and hope to learn the lovely language from a native speaker. French is one of the most popular European languages in the world today and having a good command of French will definitely brighten my job prospects and achieve personal satisfaction. I just love foreign languages very much. I hope to learn French for everyday communication first. So the focus should be on oral communication in real life situations. I hope to get immersed in a French-speaki ng environment, but generally I would like to devote at least 2-3 hours each day to learning French. For me, the most important is to learn the language from a native speaker who is well educated and has many years of experience in teaching French to international students. Of course, he/she has to be patient and has the know-how of second language acquisition.
