We are a group of 4-8 Norwegian expats in Kuwait, both male and female, considering hiring a language teacher for Modern Arabic starting this autumn 2013.
We are all grown ups, well educated and fluent in English. The teaching language should be English, (unless of course you should hapen to have an Arabic teacher who is a native Norwegian). We are all beginners at Arabic learning.
We believe that the following should be appropriate: three lessons per week, approx. two hours each time.
We would prefer that the teacher meets in one of our homes for group teaching.
We are looking for a teacher who speaks English fluently with excellent teaching abilities.

I am English and have lived in Bahrain for five years. I have been undertaking French beginner private lessons, with a language school here that specialises in the immersion technique.
I would like to progress further with learning French, as I find thethe current school too rigid and feel they are only interested in teaching the basics, and not committed to providing an indepth formal tuition setting for their students.
Ideally (given my work considerable work commitments) if a tutor could offer one on one tuition, within my home. I would be looking for 1/2 days a week - each lesson a couple of hours ideally.
N ative French teacher is preferred.

I am a British citizen, male, 35 years old and am interested in a course in May or June this year.
The reason for my interest is that I am a paramedic in the UK and am interested in volunteering alongside the Syrian ambulance crews for a short time and believe some basic language skills may be of some help. Also I hope to meet any individual in Syria who might have some links with the local voluntary ambulance crews who may be able to help me.

We just moved to jeddah. I looking for someone to teach my kids Arabic grammar and conversation. The looking for someone who is can teach them for at least 3 to 4 hour per day.
