Hi there!
I am a nineteen year old psychology student @ Ottawa U who is planning to go volunteer for a few months next summer in Haiti. I am searching for someone who can help me learn a little bit of Créole.
I would be living beginning of may. I am a complete beginner in créole. Presently I speak french and english fluently, basic portuguese and I am also studying spanish (Will be in Dominican Republic 6 weeks before crossing over to Haiti.)
Wh at I especially want is to be able to communicate with people...as I will be working with little kids and sick people, to be able to recomfort and encourage them.

Honestly, I understand much of the language, I just need a forum where I can learn and practice conversation. I would like to dedicate as much time as it takes to learn the language fluently.
