I want to learn Russian as I am in International Business Development and am trying to do business in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus among other Eastern European countries. I have found it difficult to get around these countries without speaking the language as compared to the other parts of Europe.
At this point of time, I do not speak any Russian at all.

No knowledge of the language at all. Intend to communicate better with spouse as she's from Kyrgyz Rep, despite her good command of English language. I would say that the aim for me is able to converse in russian.
The time to spend is flexible but limited as i'm always out of the country on business trips.
