I'm a lawyer travelling in and out of the Middle East. I'd like to acquire some basic business Arabic to help me communicate in the local language. I'd like someone to come to my office or home if possible for an hour or two each week to help me learn the language. I'm a beginner. I don't speak any Arabic currently. I would like to learn Arabic as I am interested in working for a development consultancy in the Middle East and would therefore like to improve my Arabic skills.
I learned Arabic for three years during Middle School. I know how to read and write, however I have forgotten grammar rules and conversationa l skills and would like to brush up on these skills as it was many years ago that I learned Arabic.
I would like to dedicate at least two nights a week to learning Arabic.
I am looking for a teacher who is a native speaker in Arabic, and who focuses on grammar as well as conversation. I would like to have a teacher who is patient and interactive, and teaches me a wide variety of vocabulary and expressions.
