My native language is actually Indonesian but it was not listed on the list so I chose English. English is my second language. My proficiency level for French is beginner only. I would like to learn French because I think to be able to speak French is a plus for me because I like to travel. I like learning foreign languages and so far I have learned Mandarin and a little bit of Spanish and Japanese. I think it is helpful to know the basic for foreign language. I like to have conversation with different people with different language if possible. Currently I am working about 55 hours at a restaurant in the MIchigan Union, but still interested if somehow I can fit in a French learning somewhere in there. I like to have a passionate teacher so he/she will care about my study needs, not just teaching me for money but teaching me because he/she wants me to understand the language too. Also, not that I am a slow learner but I think it will make me feel more comfortable to learn from a patient teacher. Thank you very much for your time.
