- I am the Human Resources Consultant and am representing a International NGO. We want to provide English lesson to the guards, cleaners and drivers.
- Level of proficiency is very low for most
- The teacher would need to start with the basics for most as most can hardly speak English.
- The NGO is wanting give about 4-5 hours per week for the lessons of the staff.
- The teacher should be able to come to the office, prepare lessons, and do staff testing. The teacher should be fluent in both English and Shwahili and be able to be patient and work with beginners to improve their spoken and written English.

I am a Christian and have come to Tanzania to start a home for children with a friend here in Dar Es Salaam. I have been here for 8 months, but have not had a teacher, so it has been a slow process.Altho ugh I know a lot of vocabulary, by grammar and conversation is what I need help with.I am prepared to spend one hour a day from Monday to Friday preferably in the afternoon, But morning will be okay.For the whole of May. I will be returning in June for 3 months and want to get a good grounding of the language so that when I return I can communicate better. If I find that the lessons I have in May are really fruitful I may resume the lessons in September.
