I love french, I took a basic course like 4 years ago, but I almost forgot everything (probably I will remember everygthing when I practice it again).
I´m moving to Metz by May 2009 for 5 months, so having basic french speaking skills would be wonderful for me. Also I have a couple of french friends here in Delft, so I want to talk with them in french.
I would like to have weekly lessons (probably 2 or 3 hours) at night (say after 7:30 pm).
I would like to learn french from native french speakers.

I am currently wishing to continue the study of French that I understook about 5 years ago, as i am planning to spend 3 months in Paris at the end of this year.
I would like to improve my grammar and conversationa l skill, as i am pretty confident that i catch on quickly in terms of grammar and conjugating verbs.
I am seeking a French native speaker, because i find it easier and quicker to learn and practice at the same time, considering i only have one month left in Jakarta. I am willing to dedicate 2-4 hours of lessons daily, with a maximum of 2 times a week.
I appreciate teachers that are talkative, and have a sense of humour and 'not-so-rigid ' but someone who is a disciplinaria n.

I am an avid traveler and I like to learn the basics of the native language in the countries that I visit. I am also interested in language in general, so I want to take my learning beyond the phrasebook level. I am always interested in reading and writing, as well as speaking.
My proficiencies are as follows:
A rabic - no experience
Manadarin - recognize some kanji, but don't know Chinese readings
J apanese - can read and write just a little, speaking is intermediate and listening is a little better than that; I would really like to improve reading and grammar
Fr ench - listening or reading, I can understand most things; my speaking is not as sharp, so I'd like to improve that and vocabulary
