I have taken French lessons for a year and am currently at an early intermediate level. I require intensive french lessons as I may be living in a french-speaki ng country in my next post.
I would like a more practical approach to my french lessons, specifically concentrating on a conversationa l level. I work full-time and am only able to do evening classes on tues/thurs.

I am moving to Canada in three months so I want to learn basic french for day tp day conversation. I have never learned french before so I am very very new at this. I am interested in the French language because of its emergence as a modern language and the way it can be used for expression. I am also a poet and the language has romantic and poetic implications. I am planning on moving to another country for my higher education, too, and a second language would be appropriate for a global approach towards life. I am a beginner and I would like to be a polished speaker with perfect grammar and this is possibe by way of being a good learner under a good teacher.

I would love to learn French because, in two years time I an going to France and so far do not know how to say anything in French and it is my favourite country and would love to know how to speak it and am learning about the country. I would like to learn grammar and conversation. I can do hours from 3:30pm forwards. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
