Spanish is my first language, English my second, and I'm almost done w/ French (I'm okay, but not fluent yet).
I did 3 semesters (2 beginners, 1 intermediate) of Arabic language at the University of Florida and I wish to continue learning it. The first 2 semesters, I had a teacher from Sudan, the 3rd semester I had a quick-paced teacher from Algeria.
I love languages, and I'm really interested in the Arabic culture, music and language. In university, I was majoring in French & Linguistics and minoring in Anthropology and Arabic. I wish to become a translator and interpreter.
I want to study w/ a not-too-big group of people at an intermediate level for maybe an hour, 4-5 times a week, or 2 hours 3-4 times a week, something like that.
I'm looking for a teacher who is patient and who is slightly quick-paced, and leaves homework.

I am primarily interested in learning modern standard arabic. I have some interest in colloquial dialects of North Africa and the Persian Gulf (Bahrain, Oman, UAE). My motivation for learning the language is mostly that I simply like the language, but also for use during travel, and possibly in my career. I am looking for a lesson of about one hour a week. Major goals right now are improving grammar and building vocabulary. I can already communicate some basic ideas, but I am something of a beginner.
