The purpose of learning Chinese for him is easier to work with other people and to communicate with the people in the factory in China. 2nd semester at HKU.

Need a lot of help in grammar, listening, speaking, comprehension ... ALL!
I am already dedicating 3 hrs/day every day in class and would like to have a tutor for maybe 3 hrs/week (more or less).
Quali ties I'm looking for in a tutor is one who can explain in English and follow our 'New Practical Chinese Textbook'. I have the teacher's manual as well.
Also one that is always on time and has a reasonable rate, of course.

R eason for learning: My husband is native German and his family speak no English. We are also bring our 2 year old daughter up to be bi-lingual and I would like also to be fluent in German by the time she is old enough to have proper conversations in a year or two.
Time to dedicate to language lessons: 1 - 2 hours per week with teacher plus ongoing exposure through my husband.
Q ualities in teacher for lessons: Easy going with the ability to motivate through praise and constructive criticism.
