I'm interested in continuing with my beginning French while my husband works in Mauritius on a short-term project. I have a little experience with and have had some instruction in and speak a little French and Spanish. I'm interested in increasing my basic knowledge and also improving my French. My interests also include art, music and dance in addition to snorkeling and sailing. I'd be interested in having a tutor/teacher who could introduce me to the culture as well as the language, especially art, music and dance. One or two lessons per week with one or two other people in the late afternoon or early evening would be ideal, although I would consider other alternatives. Teacher qualities I'm looking for would include native speaker, fluency in the target language, organized, sense of humor, encouraging,s upportive, adventurous and fun.

I'm learning to gain new experience. Also, I occasionally travel to France as I have many friends there. I am a beginner with little knowledge of the French language. If possible, I would like to start tomorrow until Friday, everyday, 2 hours a day. However, I will be going to Bali the next week and will continue the lessons after I am back. I'm looking for a patient teacher as I am not a fast learner of languages and will make ample mistakes along the way.
