I am hoping to get a job in Kosovo, starting next August (2014). I will need to learn Albanian if I get the job.
I am a complete beginner so I would need to start from the beginning. I do have experience of learning other languages - I speak advanced Spanish (degree level plus several years in Spanish-speak ing countries) and I used to speak good German.
I would be looking for approximately 4 hours one-to-one tuition per day, 4 or 5 days a week, over 8 months, starting from November or December.
I would be looking for a teacher able to take me from beginner to intermediate in that time. I'd prefer someone who can adapt to different approaches and is able to teach both conversationa l Albanian as well as business and political language, and formal grammar (although the latter is less important).
I currently live in Bedford but I plan to move to northern England so would ideally like a teacher in the North West or Yorkshire.
