I am able to read and write some Chinese I am taking Chinese 201 at a University. I am able tob read and write well enough to receive high to medium B's in my Chinese. I am unable to speak or understand spoken Chinese, because I am unable to practice this by myself. I mainly need a speaking partner who would help me speak and understand Chinese better. I am studying Chinese for business reasons, so speaking and hearing is essential.

I lived in Japan for 3 years and did a lot of self study. I went to a Japanese school for 6 months. I can speak very well, but my reading is terrible. I would say I am high-intermed iate in speaking and low-intermedi ate in reading. I would like to study 2 times a week for 1 hour. I travel a lot for business so I might be a little infrequent.

I would like to continue my education in French though will also learn others if there are no French courses available.
--Level: Intermediate.
--Particu larly need help with sentence structure and conversationa l skills (French).
--I have always had an interest in the French language (as well as others) and would like to follow through on a promise to myself to become fluent. I am mostly self-taught so I've never had anyone to speak/practic e with. It is a long-term goal of mine to become fluent in several other languages as well.
--Wo uld like to spend 2-3 hours per week after work (after 7:30 pm) with additional hours during selected weeks. I plan to spend many hours on home study during the course enrollment.
--I am looking for an intimate small-class setting.
