Proficiency level - I can read, write, and listen to probably high-school level Russian. My speaking is weak. I have had formal training before but am a little rusty.
I am learning Russian for career advancement.
I need to focus on grammar and conversation especially, but all areas are very important to me.
I am preparing for a major test that determines potential advancement in my job. Between now and then I would like to spend 2-4 hours a week with a private tutor. I am willing to do a lot of studying on my own as well.
I need for my teacher to be a Russian native. I need to be able to understand all aspects of the language and I believe that only a Russian native can offer that. Also, they must be able to teach imtermediate to advanced level Russian, not just beginning Russian.
