I need a arabic tutor that can teach me arabic. I have some knowledge of arabic already I know the alphabet and the sounds that the letters make and I know some basic grammar. I am learning arabic because I am a Muslim and the Quran is in arabic. I can read the Quran in arabic but I can only understand a few words in arabic so I don't fully comprehend what I am reading. I need improvement in conversation and grammer I can write in arabic fairly well. I am willing to dedicate 2hrs daily of my time to learn arabic. I am looking for a teacher who cares and is willing to dedicate their time in teaching me. I am looking for a teacher who will motivate me to excell in learing the arabic language.

I graduated last year with a bachelors degree in Russian from the University of Georgia. Since then, my language skills have waned as I no longer have weekly class interaction and reading assignments. In addition, many of my teachers were native Russian who specialized in the literature rather than the language, and, as a result, much grammer was never explained. I am probably only at an intermediate level at this point, but with some practice, I think I could quickly improve.
I want to study Russian because I love the language. I love the language's personality, the way it sounds and its idiosyncracie s. I hope to go to grad school within the next year or two to get my masters in slavic and east european studies, and I do not want to lose my language abilities in the meantime. Also, my fiance and his parents speak Russian, so improving my language skills would be an added plus for me in communicating with his family.
I am willing to spend several hours a week continuing in my Russian, and I am looking for a teacher who will provide me with lots of grammer instruction and conversationa l practice, as well as help in my intonation. A flexible schedule is also a plus as I work full time.

I am looking for some one to teach my daughter Japanese. She does not speak the language at all, complete beginner. I want her to learn Japanese because there is a strong possibility we will be moving to Japan, Tokyo are in less than 2 years. She will only be in Chicago for the summer so I want her to be able to spend the right amount of time necessary for her to be able to carry on a very light conversation with someone in Japanese.
I'm looking for someone who works well with teenagers and can make this rushed/intens e learning experience fun for her and to also teach her about the life, culture, and traditions of Japan. I should add that she is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, and is currently attending and Italian Middle School.
