I am learning a foreign spoken language for career advancement and sign language because I am losing my hearing. I have taken and passed spanish 1 & 2 but don't remember much. I have no sign language experience. My spanish needs to be conversasiona ly and verb conjugation, while mmy sign language would be from the beginning. I am open for suggestions on the time needed as my 2 kids will also be learning at the same time as there mother. I am looking for a laid back and flexible teacher that does not expect a top score on a test but expects understandabl e communication .

I am an advanced beginner in Khmer, and have traveled to Cambodia 3 times for several weeks each time chaperoning students and doing service. I expect to return. I have started to learn on my own with books and CDs and hope for an experienced teacher who can help me make more rapid progress with conversation and reading. Cost is a factor. Small group lessons close to home or an intensive at a US location for a few weeks in Dec, Jan, or Feb is possible for me.

I am a complete novice to the Korean language even though I am Korean myself. I was adopted when I was 3 months old and never learned anything but English. I am learning the Korean language because recently I took a trip back to S. Korea with Children's Home Society, through which I was adopted, and met my birthmother and other family while there. We have a 100% communication barrier. I want to learn so I can become proficient and enhance our relationship. I am able to dedicate 3 nights a week to lessons. I am looking for someone patient, and who is easy going and easy to learn from.
