I would like to speak spanish. I took Spanish years ago in highschool. I believe I am an intermediate beginner with Spanish.

Salamu, I am a young African living in American who wishes to recapture part of my culture heritage. My first step in this long, but meaningful journey has been taken, with me selecting Swahili as the first language i wish to learn.
I have already starting studing on my own with a book/cd series called Teach yourself. Currently i am a novice/beginn er who wishes to master the language in its entirety.
I would prefer teacher who is a native speaker of african orgin. Someone who has a working knowledge of the customes and cultrue of eastern Africa.

I am a beginner to learn the Ukrainian language. I want to learn to speak this beautiful language so that I may converse with my new friends in Kiev and to help me possibly bring 3 Ukrainian orphans to the US to live with me. I need help with all aspects of grammar and conversation. I would would be able to dedicate a few hours a week to classess and I am willing to practice and listen to tapes. I would like to get a base knowledge of the language to be able to travel with some knowledge of the general language for travel/conver sation purposes.
