To honor my grandmother and the rich culture that I come from, I havae a strong desire to learn the Hawaiian language. I remember listening to my grandma talk with my auntie (her sister), or the way she would speak back on the islands when we would visit for family reunions, and I worry now that she is gone I will never hear it again. I want to teach my own children, when I have them.

I plan on taking a trip to Italy eventually but, I also have the desire to learn the language and to speak it here in Amerca. I have previously taken beginning Italian, 2 semesters, and I would like to continue, but need asssistance with conversation.
