Proficiency level: beginner.
I am learning chinese as my foreign language credit for high school.
I mostly want to learn conversation.
I would like to spend 30 minutes twice a week in chinese lessons, but I am flexible and open to any limitations a teacher may have.
I would prefer taking lessons from someone who has prior experience teaching and who has a structure as to how they teach. They need to be able to speak clear english. Also, I would prefer taking lessons from a woman.
Due to money restraints, I will not be able to spend $30 or more per hour.

I have been studying Japanese for about a year and a half. I have been learning through books, music, internet. I am trying to learn Japanese so that I can go to Kanazawa art school. I will dedicate as much time as it takes to learn. I want my teacher to be from Japan, or someone who has lived there for at least a couple years.
