My proficiency level is intermediate. I have my own materials and have developed my own methodology, but need a native speaker to work with. Order of priorities: listening comprehension , speaking, reading, writing. Would like to meet one or two days per week. I read some, speak some, but need much more. Today I am in Beijing China but return to my home in San Jose tomorrow after 10 days here with friends.
I am not a beginner, but not yet fully intermediate either.
I am retired, and have the time and interest to study as necessary.
I like languages, and have studied many. I speak Japanese fluently, and read kana and some kanji. I lived in Paris for six years, and am reasonably familiar with all European languages.
