I was born in Wales and all my family still lives in North Wales. I live here alone in California. I want to learn welsh for many reasons. The first being because I am Welsh and I am proud of that. The second being I want to converse with my family in Welsh. They all speak English, but I think it would be nice to talk in Welsh with them. Another reason is I like trying new intellectual things. Maybe I could become a teacher in the subject. I don't have much experience with the Welsh language. I probably have 70 words in my vocabulary, like animals, colors, and numbers. I would like to spend a lot of time learning. Someone who is patient and friendly would be nice to learn from.

I am attempting to learn Russian for business purposes. I speak very little Russian. I am most interested in speaking conversationa l Russian. I will dedicate as much time as possible probably ten hours per week. I need a very patient teacher who can teach in San diego or through high tech mediums. I studied Spanish in College and studied abroad in Mardrid, Spain for 3 months during that time. I would describe my proficiency as intermediate to advanced, however I not had an opportunity to speak Spanish in nearly 2 years. Mostly I need to brush up in all areas. The areas where I need the most guidence would be grammar as well as conversaion.
The reason for my inqury is that my company is doing a demo in Argentia late in Jan. and since not many in my department speak Spanish, I have been selected to go. I need an intensive crash course beginning immediately. I am looking for a teacher who can really customize the lessons for my immediate needs, as well as someone who may know the culture and dialect of the area.
