I am interested in a formal Polish language course because my family is orginally from Poland and I would like to continue speaking and not lose the skill. I have had no formal education in the language, however I can speak basic Polish but I can not read or write. I would be interested in one-on-on classes and I am open to a group class as well. I would need classes to be in the evenings or on weekends as it is difficult during the week with my work schedule. I also would need some flexibility in rescheduling appointments as my job occasionally requires me to travel.
I am looking for a comfortable environment. I am eager to learn however this is something I am doing for fun.

For me I really just want to learn and hopefully master as many languages as I can. Right now I'm taking French 1 in high school, and just recently got recommend for french honors 2 next year(not really trying to gloat^-^), but along with french i want to learn Japanese, mainly next(as well as German, Russian, and many others). I'll try to be the best student I can. As for teacher qualities i'm looking for someone who would still take it kinda slow and actually know what they're doing. :P thx

I am looking for Japanese lessons for both my husband and I. My husband is half Japanese and it was his first language but he has since forgotten how to speak it.
We are planning a trip to Japan in April and I know it would mean a lot to him if he could have a better understanding of the language. I would also like to at least know some basics so that I can speak to and understand his family.
I would like to do lessons at least once a week but since the trip is so close perhaps twice a week would be better.
